Cook County President Addresses Chicagoland Chamber Board of Directors

From the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce–New Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle addressed the members of the Chamber Board of Directors at the Board meeting held on Thursday, January 27th. President Preckwinkle highlighted some of the challenges she and her staff have faced during the first fifty days of her presidency. She acknowledged that many of the problems with the County’s bureaucratic structure and budget situation turned out to be much worse than anticipated.
