Function	The County Cooperative Extension Law requires that an Extension board be appointed if funds are solicited from a county governing board. The purpose of the Extension board is to facilitate effective cooperation between the Extension council and the county governing board. For a single county, the Extension board shall consist of two men and two women who are members of the county Extension council and are appointed by the Director of Extension; and three members appointed by the presiding officer of the county board, who may be members of the county governing board
