I understand the need to tax when done FAIRLY e.g. Vehicle type,age,cost. In addition we may need to identify other possible anomalies: motorized scooters,boat trailers,and many other less expensive vehicle types that require a title transfer but due to their low initial cost would be unjustly burdened with a blanket set fee. Then there are those who like to fight with the inmates and your suppose to stay hit and not hit back or they put you in the hole? what kind of crap is that.. The officers let them fight an you have to let this crazy inmate kick and punch you until someone stops it and even if your so injured that you cant fight back cause they fracture your arms you still get put in the hole for 10 or more days that in not justice..you have officers in there that are watching all this happen and nothing can be done .. who ever is in charged of watching this incidents happen are not doing there duties.. People are being kept in jail months after months for no reasons..Set these people free already.. So many people in jail who are innocent .?
