A Cook County Sheriff’s Police officer on routine patrol assisted in the emergency delivery of a baby, Sheriff Thomas J. Dart announced Monday. Bond has been set at $100,000 for a Chicago man accused of perjuring himself in court, Cook County Sheriff Thomas J. Dart announced Thursday.
