Maureen Seleski is a highly devoted and active member of her community whose service has touched those in varying stages of life.
For five years, as a stay at home mom, she cared for infants in foster care who suffered abuse or neglect. For ten years, as an ordained Roman Catholic Lay Minister, she served as the Junior High Coordinator for the School of Religion at St. James Parish in Arlington Heights.
Maureen continued her commitment to the community through her service as President of the Township Officials’ Illinois Social Workers Division. In addition to WINGS, Maureen provided service to committees that founded the Access to Care program. Her professional work at Northwest Community Hospital included initiation of geriatric focus for the hospital, and meeting the medical needs of older adults
